The right candidate must have the following:

-Experience with working with 4-11 year olds
-Experience of working within a play-based setting
-Previous administration experience
-Level 2 TA qualification or be working towards this


Job Duties Summary:

-Be a positive role model for all children, encouraging individual children through praise and scaffolding.
-Develop good communications with parents/carers ensuring that they are greeted on arrival and departure.
-Monitor the health and wellbeing of children.
-Assist in creating a stimulating and attractive environment for the children.
-Always maintain confidentiality.
-Oversee maintenance of equipment and toys and report any problems to the manager
-Cleaning the play area and other parts of the setting
-Cleaning toys and equipment
-Preparing snacks and meals
